The big vacation!

In August we stayed at a lighthouse hostel in Pescadero. It was foggy and cold, but really fun. Later we went into Monterey and had breakfast before going to the big aquarium.

17 months and growing...now they are old pictures...

Okay, so these are now kind of old photos of Otto and I am trying to catch up. We were at our friend Kate's birthday party at the Little Farm in Berkeley. Otto loves a birthday.

Ack! It has been forever!

Here is Otto enjoying the oldest play structures that we have seen in a very long time! Wow.


Now Otto has a look at the goats down on Heinz Street. They are clearing the brush to make way for a new grocery store.

Otto is shown here playing around at home and at the park. He is growing up fast. Otto is a great climber of couches and loves to play ball with Chirac.

David, Otto and I met our friends Ken, Ethan and Crystal over at the Oakland Zoo a few weeks back. It was Members night and we all had a great time. Ethan liked the aligators best and I think Otto really got into the rabbits.

Otto goes to the De Young.

Otto took us to the De Young Museum in San Francisco a week or so ago. He had fun running around outside in the sculpture garden and inside in the lobby area. Otto's favorite things were the apple sculptures that had some sprinkler water in their creavices. Otto liked to splash in it. He also lost his pants and his diaper in a funny wardrobe malfunction. He was just standing there and suddenly his pants, etc. were on the ground! Now that he is growing taller, and his behind is smaller, some of his pants fall off.

Dog racing in Livermore!

Here he is in Livermore. This was Otto's first dog race. It was a perfect day. Those Greyhounds sure are huge!


Otto kept his hat on for most of the time there. It was a miracle!


Otto roots for his Mommy's favorite racing boy Lorca! Go win one for the baby! Yeah!


I finally find a chair, and they're gone. Dang.

This kid's got it even when he is totally sick with a fever, a virus and has molars coming in all at the same time. That's talent. It's a good thing we don't live in Hollywood.
