Bounce'n on the button.

Okay. So we went over to Uncle Parry and Aunt Aylene's house and they have this really big ottoman called "THE BUTTON". Otto got on it and went wild. Parry told us that he and Aunt Alice used to jump on it when they were kids. So it's getting it's second generation of bouncing in.

Otto goes to the beach.

This was Otto's first time on a beach. It took him fourteen months to get there. Sad, but true. Even though Grandma and Grandpa Gripp live right on the cliffs to the beach, we were lame and never took him down to it.... So here he is, at last!

A visit to Grandma Judy's work at UCSB

Otto had a great time visiting Grandma Judy's work. But after a minute in the office Otto found his way to the fish pond. The big orange Koi and Otto bonded. Otto loves water and fish.

Otto's home interests.

Otto is NOT interested in breast milk anymore. Tara threw out the old frozen stuff last weekend. He self weened at around eleven months. Now he's a regular milk addict.

Otto loves the clothes washer. He puts things in and they go around... and around....and around....

He also loves the dishwasher. I don't know why?

"But why can't I live in the dishwasher and the clothes washer!!!!"

Days with Otto.....

Otto and Chirac have a bite to eat with Mom's old Cinderella dish from the early 1970's.

Otto loves to get into the dog's toy box. Dog toys are better than baby toys any day!

Nasty, old, dirty doggie balls!

We went to Leah and Nana Budu's baby shower a couple of weekends ago. They are going to have a baby boy soon. Otto will have a new friend to play with. Nana and Otto are very close friends, so sharing him with a baby is going to be an adjustment.

Here is Leah in all her baby glow. Otto is very excited.
